Code of Conduct Introduction

Doosan Mottrol has established this Code of Conduct to provide ethical standards and guiding principles that all employees are expected to uphold. The Code serves as a fundamental guideline for employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.

This Code of Conduct applies to all executives and employees of Doosan Mottrol (hereinafter referred to as the “Employees”). We also encourage third parties, including suppliers, contractors, and other business partners working with the Company, to adhere to the principles and standards set forth herein.

Employees are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws and regulations, this Code of Conduct, and other internal policies and procedures. Matters not specifically addressed in this Code, or those requiring more detailed guidance, are governed by supplementary policies and procedures. Employees may refer to the relevant supplementary regulations or seek guidance from the Internal Control or Audit Department as needed.

In the event of any conflict between this Code of Conduct and applicable laws or regulations, the applicable laws and regulations shall prevail.

Code of Conduct

  • Employees shall comply with the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act and all applicable laws and regulations governing the prohibition of improper requests and the receipt of money, gifts, or other benefits in the course of performing their duties.
  • Employees shall ensure that all business transactions are conducted in an objective and fair manner in compliance with applicable fair trade laws and regulations, including the Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act.
  • Employees shall not disclose, misuse, or improperly exploit customer information or any confidential information obtained through the course of their employment, whether internal or external to the Company.
  • Employees shall protect the Company's assets and use them solely for legitimate business purposes. Company assets shall not be used for personal gain or unauthorized purposes.
  • Employees shall neither offer, promise, authorize, request, nor accept bribes, whether directly or indirectly through agents or other third parties, for the purpose of obtaining improper business advantages or benefits related to business activities.
  • Employees shall not engage in any form of conduct that constitutes sexual harassment, including behavior that may cause sexual humiliation or offense. Employees shall also refrain from any actions that inflict physical or psychological harm on colleagues.
  • Employees shall not improperly influence personnel decisions by abusing their position or authority, nor engage in solicitation, recommendation, or requests that could undermine fair and impartial business practices.
  • Employees shall avoid activities that may create conflicts of interest with the Company, including competing business activities or outside employment, and shall not improperly use the Company's proprietary or confidential information.
  • Employees shall uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and continuously strive to preserve the dignity, reputation, and integrity of both the Company and themselves.
  • The Company complies with applicable export control laws, economic sanctions, and international regulations and does not conduct business with countries, regions, organizations, or individuals subject to export restrictions or economic sanctions.
  • The Company shall not falsify, alter, or manipulate any product quality-related data and shall not provide falsified or altered information in contractual or business relationships with customers or other stakeholders.
