Doosan Mottrol's Whistleblowing Center is open to both employees and external stakeholders. Reports may be submitted regarding suspected violations of applicable laws and regulations, the Doosan Code of Conduct, and internal policies and regulations, as well as any other improper or unethical conduct.

Reports may be submitted either anonymously or under the reporter’s real name. However, the Company reserves the right not to investigate anonymous reports or reports lacking sufficient information or supporting evidence.

The Company is committed to protecting the confidentiality of the reporter’s identity and the information provided in the report. The Company strictly prohibits any form of retaliation or disadvantage against individuals who make reports in good faith.

Reports submitted by employees are subject to the Company's Internal Reporting System Policy. Detailed information regarding the policy may be obtained through DooDream or the relevant responsible department.

In addition to the Whistleblowing Center, the Company accepts reports through various channels, including postal mail, telephone, fax, e-mail, and in-person visits to the responsible department.
